Erin Besler et Ian Besler sont co-fondateurs de Besler & Sons, LLC, une agence basée à Los Angeles qui s'emploie à enrichir/diversifier la definition d'architecture par collaborer activement avec des créateurs amateurs, des corps d'états et divers softwares de design.

Erin détient un Bachelor en Art de Yale University et un Master en Architecture avec distinction de l'Institut d'Architecture de Southern California (SCI-Arc). Elle est professeure à l'Université de Californie Los Angeles dans le departement d'Architecture et d'Urban Design où elle a été chargée de cours de 2013 à 2014.


Ian détient un Bachelor en Sciences du Journalisme du departement Médias de l'Université d'Illinois situé à Urbana-Champaign et un Master en Arts Plastiques du programme Media Design Practices du ArtCenter College of Design à Pasadena, où il a reçu en 2014 la récompense de Post-Graduate Design Fellow de la Milken Family Foundation. Il est professeur en Design a l'Université de la Californie du Sud et à l'Ecole Supérieur de Santa Monica.
