Erin Besler e Ian Besler son cofundadores de Besler & Sons, LLC, una práctica con sede en Los Ángeles que trabaja para ampliar la definición de arquitectura a través de la participación activa con creadores aficionados, oficios de la construcción y softwares de diseño. Fueron finalistas del Programa de Arquitectos Jóvenes del MoMA PS1, participaron en la Bienal de Arquitectura de Chicago y en la Bienal de Arquitectura y Urbanismo de Bi-City de Shenzhen y Hong Kong.


Erin tiene una Licenciatura en Artes de la Universidad de Yale y una Maestría en Arquitectura con Distinción del Instituto de Arquitectura del Sur de California (SCI-Arc).
